2. Pay the $349.00 flat-fee by credit card. This is fully refundable up to the time you sign a Listing Agreement with the local broker we assign as your "listing broker."
3. We will give you the name and address of the local Georgia broker.
4. Our local broker or his agent will make arrangements to get your signature on a Listing Agreement where you agree to pay up to 3% of the sales price to the real estate agent who brings the Buyer who purchases your home.
