    1. Estimates of utility costs.
    2. Size of living space in square feet.
    3. Estimates of the dimensions of the master bedroom, family room & kitchen
    4. Names of the local Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.
    5. Up to ten good pictures of the rental property.
After you create your photo tour you will be assigned a web location consisting of a web site: www.sell-home411.com , plus an Id number for your private web pages.
 
  • The URL for your listing will be in the form
    "www.sell-home411.com/home.php?id=48" . This format is prone to typing errors by potential Tenants so use it only in emails and other places where the user does not have to write it down or type it.
 
*Rental Photo Tours are automatically disbabled after six months, but Landlord can re-instate the disabled photo tour.
