1. Click to view a sample flyer in a composition window. Click the box in upper right hand corner of the composition window to close it and return here.
2. Click to remove sample information from this form.
3. Fill out this form: Enter your name, the address of the property being sold, your selling price and contact numbers, plus your choice of a headline, features, and closing statement.
4. Click "Edit" at the bottom of this form to view & edit the boxed description portion of your flyer.
5. Click "Compose" at the bottom of this form to view, print or further edit your flyer in a new composition window

Description

Printing your flyer
Explorer: Right click in the in the composition window and select "Print."
For a clean page go to "File" and "Page Setup" and make sure "Header" and "Footer" are blank
(Clicking on the sample picture or the text around it will print just the sample picture)

Netscape: click the printer icon in upper right of composition window.
For best result go to "File" and "Page Setup" and set the "Scale" to 80%
also select "Margins & Header/Footer" and select "-blank-" for all settings

* Note: For best results, maximize the composition window by clicking the blue square in the upper right corner before printing.
