The first creates a black & white flyer. Just paste a photograph of your house over our sample picture and make a few hundred black & white copies.
The second lets you upload a color picture in .jpg format. This should be printed on a color printer. If you don't have a color printer you can print this at a Kinko or Office Depot copy center.
Both provide a large selection of attention getting headlines and closing lines.
"Put a SMILE on your face!" is just one of 15 headline choices. "Don't let this one get away!" is one of 15 available closing lines.

Photo Tour Package
The flyers below are part of our $26.95 photo tour package. The package includes an Internet web page ad with up to ten pictures of your home plus one or both of the flyers below. "Put a SMILE on your face!" is just one of 28 headline choices that can be changed in any way you wish.
Printing a clean page from your Internet Browser:
Internet Explorer (IE):
Select "File" from the top menu
Select "Page setup.." from the drop down menu
Make sure the "Header" and "Footer" lines are blank in Page setup window
Set all margins to ".25" inches
Select "OK" then print as usual
Netscape:
Select "File" from the top menu
Select "Page setup.." from the drop down menu
Select the "Margin & Header/Footer" tab in Page setup window
Set all margins to ".25" and make sure the "Header & Footers" are all blank
Select "OK" then print as usual
