Audrie.com is developed and maintained by a gang of retired real estate professionals at Audrie.com Corporation who share an affinity for homeowners driven to market their own homes to avoid real estate commissions. Most of us helped to host a seminar for FSBOs (industry term for people selling their own homes, pronounced "fizbos") where we invited appraisers, attorneys, mortgage brokers and other real estate professionals to come and give advice. To our surprise, the seminar was packed, and lots of fun. Real estate professionals opened up on how to sell quick and get top-dollar.
