Our "six steps to selling your own home" was created from a seminar run by Audrie for homeowners trying to sell their own homes while she was a real estate broker in Atlanta.
She hosted the seminar in her house and filled it with owners who wanted to sell their homes for sale by owner (fsbo), plus appraisers, attorneys, mortgage brokers and other real estate professionals.
